ROLLS-ROYCE Connected in your car

In the event you accidentally trigger the emergency call in the vehicle, you will be connected to a Rolls-Royce Assist Call Center agent. For safety reasons, you will be unable to terminate the call. Once the agent is on the line, inform him/her that you accidentally triggered the SOS button. If you do not respond to the agent's questions, he/she will assume that there is an emergency situation and will inform the nearest emergency services unit of an accident.

Yes, Rolls-Royce recommends that all owners place a manual test emergency call. If you place a test emergency call you will be connected to a Rolls-Royce Assist Call Center agent. For safety reasons, you will be unable to terminate the call. Once the agent is on the line, inform him/her that you are performing a test call. If you do not respond to the agent's questions, he/she will assume that there is an emergency situation and will inform the nearest emergency services unit of an accident.

Map Update - Automatic Map Update

The time varies depending on your Rolls-Royce's data connection and signal strength and the amount of new information included in the newest map update.

Up to 4 times per year (quarterly).

This service is automatically activated for you. The Map Updates will also be sent automatically.

Yes, the Navigation System remains fully functional during a Map Update.

Yes, the update process can be interrupted and continued from the previous state at any time.
